My name is Paul Fielding and my position with the company is Rental Sales Manager for the North West region.
I have been with the company since June 2004.
As rental sales manager my prime role is to generate customer relationships with established and potential customers through site and office calls, and site surveys to establish customers hire requirements.
We can react on a 24 hour basis to pre planned or emergency call outs for any customers needs relating to temporary power requirements.
The most satisfying part of my job is exceeding a customer’s expectation and creating a working relationship that will ensure repeat business, because we have responded to their requirements in a professional manner.
It makes life so much easier as a salesperson to know your customers are happy with the service you are delivering, and gives you the confidence that the equipment you are offering is unrivalled in our sector

Within this time I have built up many relationships with customers, this includes quoting parts identification and ordering the parts once the orders has been received.
