Following a recent event where a contractor working on the road outside severed a mains cable I can report that our UPS and Generator kicked in immediately as you advertised and I am pleased to say that we continued to work with no loss of data for the hour we were without mains supply, the generator maintained us until shutting off when mains had been back on for a further 25 minutes. Your schedule mains failure testing requests had been constantly refused by our IT departments and now has been tested for real.
